Keep your order confirmation and shipment email available. The shipment message contains the tracking information issued for your order once the parcel has been dispatched.
Check your shipment confirmation
Open the email sent after your order was prepared and handed off for shipping.
Open the tracking link
Select the tracking button or carrier link included in the shipment notification.
Review carrier updates
The carrier page will show the latest scan events, transit progress and delivery status.
Allow time for the first scan
Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created. The first carrier scan can appear later.
Search your inbox and spam/junk folder for your ALARTD order or shipment confirmation. Make sure you are checking the same email address used during checkout.
Common order-tracking questions
These answers cover the most common situations customers encounter after placing an order.
Why does my tracking number say the label was created?
This usually means shipping information has been generated, but the carrier has not yet recorded the parcel's first physical scan. Check again after the carrier has processed the shipment.
Why has my tracking not updated for a while?
Parcels can move between facilities without a new public scan at every stage. The next update may appear when the shipment reaches another carrier facility or goes out for delivery.
What should I do if my order shows delivered but I cannot find it?
Check the delivery area, household members, building staff and nearby secure locations first. If the parcel is still missing, contact the carrier and then contact store support with your order details.
Can I track an order before it ships?
Usually no. A usable tracking number is generally provided once shipping information has been created and the order is being prepared for carrier handoff.
